  • As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid government photo ID and produce it at the time of check in. For Indian Nationals: Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, Adhaar Card. (Pan Card is not acceptable even on confirmed or prepaid booking. For Foreigners guest valid passport & valid Visa, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal.
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed
  • Outside food is not allowed
  • Does not allow private parties or events

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

This policy describes how Best Western International, Inc. and its subsidiaries including SureStay, Inc. (“BWI,” “we,” or “us”), collect, use, and share personal information. Please note that Best Western® branded hotels and properties (“Licensed Hotels”) are independently owned and operated and are not owned, managed, or controlled by BWI. In addition, outside of the United States, companies that are not owned by BWI are sometimes permitted to license the Best Western® brands. Although these companies are referred to by BWI as “Affiliates” they are not under our ownership or control. When you provide information to a Licensed Hotel or to an Affiliate, those companies may have their own privacy practices and policies.

 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:

  • The Hotel’s Check-In time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
  • Early Check Ins before 7.00 AM will be charged the full Room Tariff whilst Check Ins between 7.00 AM and 10.00 AM will be charged 100% of Room Tariff (Plus Tax)
  • Late Checkouts will be charged Half Day Room rent up to 4.00 pm and a Full Day Rent after 4.00 pm – please note extended stay will be allowed by the Duty Manager depending on room availability status on that day.

CANCELLATION & GUARANTEE POLICY:

  • The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night. Taxes, services charges and other levies are additional wherever applicable. The room tariff is not inclusive of AIRPORT/RAILWAY transfer. However should you require any facilitation for the same please feel free to contact us.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after 18:00 hours on the day of arrival.
  • Guaranteed room reservations if not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
  • In the event of cancellation 48 hours beyond scheduled arrival, please do retain the cancellation number to ensure that no retention is levied. Guest are urged to reconfirm their departure date and time during check-in as an early departure fee is charged to guest who shorten their stay without notification upon arrival.
  • Guest are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check-out. We do not accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a credit facility with the respective hotel.
  • Prior information for a smoking or Non-Smoking Room enables us to provide on priority subject to availability.
  • All upgrades (as applicable) to higher room categories are subject to availability at the time of check in.

CREDIT POLICY:

Companies with credit facility can guarantee reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person. You will appreciate that the hotel will extend credit facility maximum up to 30 days. If failed to pay the due within the time frame specified, 18% of interest will levied on the invoice

PET POLICY:

Pets are not allowed.
